The present general terms and conditions of sale are systematically brought to the buyer’s attention to enable them to place an order. Placing an order implies the buyer’s full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

1 – PRICES
1.1- The prices provided by Dark Dreams are stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes, for a minimum gameplay duration of 45 minutes, except in cases of abandonment or exclusion due to inappropriate behavior.

1.2- Any additional service not included in the initial booking will be subject to an extra charge.

1.3- Dark Dreams reserves the right to request identification for any minor.

1.4- Dark Dreams may revise its prices at any time, but services will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

2 – RESERVATION

2.1- Availability
All reservations are made in real-time based on availability. The sale becomes final only after Dark Dreams sends a confirmation email including the booking reference. The buyer’s bank account will be immediately charged the amount of the services booked.

2.2- Room Allocation
Dark Dreams reserves the right to allocate its game themes based on reservations, and no complaints regarding theme assignments will be entertained.

2.3- Confidentiality
By reserving a time slot, the buyer implicitly agrees that all games, components, and puzzles of Dark Dreams are strictly confidential. Any full or partial disclosure or publication to third parties would violate Dark Dreams’ commercial interests.

2.4- Session Delays
Dark Dreams reserves the right to cancel a reserved session if players are more than fifteen minutes late. In such cases, the session will not be refunded.

2.5- Reservation Cancellation
No refunds will be issued for unfulfilled reservations or participant cancellations. Services cannot be exchanged.

3 – PAYMENT TERMS

3.1- Dark Dreams only accepts payments via credit cards and/or PayPal accounts, except for group room bookings.

4 – LATE PAYMENT PENALTIES

4.1- In case of non-payment, Dark Dreams reserves the right to charge late payment penalties and recovery fees. Late payment penalties amount to 10.05% of the total service price, including VAT, based on the European Central Bank’s semi-annual rate plus 10 points (2015-2016 rate). Recovery fees include a fixed indemnity of €40.

4.2- Any session unpaid on the 31st day after its completion is considered overdue.

5 – INVOICES AND DOCUMENTS

5.1- Upon request, Dark Dreams will provide an invoice via email. For additional administrative requests, Dark Dreams reserves the right to charge a €10 processing fee, including VAT.

6 – PAYMENT SECURITY AND PERSONAL DATA

6.1- Payment Security
Dark Dreams entrusts its payment system to a specialized provider for secure online payments and does not store payment data in its databases.

6.2- Personal Data
By ordering through Dark Dreams’ website, you consent to the use of your personal data to ensure proper order processing.

Dark Dreams will use this data solely for information and promotional purposes related to its games and will not disclose it to third parties, except as required by judicial or administrative authorities. All data is handled with the utmost care and confidentiality.

7 – ELECTRONIC RESERVATION

7.1- Each electronic reservation is assigned a unique booking reference number, granting access to a game room.

7.2- The buyer will receive a confirmation email with the booking number, date, and time.

8 – DARK DREAMS GAME RULES

8.1- Dark Dreams aims to provide a game that meets your expectations. The order, layout, or arrangement of the room is at Dark Dreams’ discretion, and no complaints regarding changes will be accepted.

8.2- Dark Dreams’ games can be played from the age of eight. However, players under sixteen must be accompanied by at least one adult per game room.

8.3- Dark Dreams reserves the right to request identification to verify a player’s age.

8.4- Animals are not allowed in Dark Dreams’ premises.

8.5- Photographing, filming, or recording any part of the room or game is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in device confiscation until the end of the game or expulsion, and offenders may face legal action.

8.6- Reproducing any text, logos, images, or other content from Dark Dreams’ website or emails is prohibited.

8.7- Dark Dreams is not responsible for damages to items brought by clients unless they were deposited at reception.

8.8- Dark Dreams is a non-smoking establishment.

9 – GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

9.1- These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In case of disputes, only French courts will have jurisdiction.
